The open plan living areas consist of a spacious lounge, seating up to 12 people plus a daybed, which has large glass doors that open on to the deck facing beautiful tropical gardens and the lagoon style pool. This property is child-friendly and safe with self-locking fences located around the garden and pool area. The lagoon style pool has a depth of 1.2 metres with a consistent drop off so it is safe for children and adults alike. Enjoy the comfort of a pool house right next door so you can spend more time relaxing next to the pool. There is a second sitting area with a large rustic dining table that can sit everyone in the house alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen for those who love to cook up a storm!

The property is an easy walk to the centre of Byron Bay or a short drive or bicycle ride. This property is also wheelchair friendly and has secured and spacious car parking for up to five vehicles.

LOCATION

Lying behind the location of the old whaling station with the remnants of the old jetty still visible, Belongil Beach lies to the north of the main town, easily accessible by car or a short 20 minute walk along the beach itself. This unpatrolled beach has some good waves, but can be inconsistent due to the banks. It is also one of the few beaches in town where you are able to walk your dog. There are a couple of cafes and a popular bar/restaurant that has a relaxed atmosphere.
