Out of sight behind a modestly understated entrance, the mix of recycled timbers and simple, minimal design makes this modernist architect-designed beach house stand out, while perfectly blending into the Byron Bay coastal landscape. There’s clarity and calm on arrival.

Wake to the sound of the Pacific and position yourself at the stylish breakfast bar, where cool concrete contrasts with warm timbers. It’s a smooth way to start the day. Slide the doors open to a covered entertainers deck and overlook your private landscape. Natural light peeks through the Oregon timber slats evenly positioned above and light plays through high windows, allowing trees to feature instead of the neighbours. A private studio offers your family or friends the chance to sleep-in undisturbed while early risers find their direction on the daily compass.

You’re only a moments walk to the idyllic long, sandy stretch of Tallow Beach where the ocean is always on. Or take a short stroll to the small beachside village where it’s easy to merge with locals and find a new following. The stress of city living is long gone. Bedroom 1: Queen bed opens onto Deck;
Bedroom 2: Queen bed;
Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single beds;
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps six.

STUDIO:
Bedroom 1: King Bed (can be split into two King Singles upon request);
Bedroom 2: Queen bed;
Two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps four.

The property sleeps 10 guests in total.
Please note: the house and the studio cannot be rented separately. The rates indicated are for the full property.

LOCATION:
Suffolk Park is one of Byron Bay’s best-kept secrets for beach holiday destinations. Just ten minutes from Byron’s CBD and an hour from the Gold Coast Airport, you can relax on the uncrowded sands of Tallow Beach before midday from most Australian cities.

As well as having incredible access to some of Byron Bay’s most beautiful beaches, a nearby coastal bike trail offers a picturesque adventure into Byron’s town centre. Choose from multiple bush tracks opening onto Tallow Beach. Renowned for its sense of community and a laidback lifestyle, the village centre of Suffolk Park is the hub for locals who frequent the supermarket, restaurants, tavern and bakery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Schoolies, bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property. Strict ‘No Party’ policy. No pets. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies. This property is not suitable for persons under 25 years of age without prior approval. SCHOOLIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, PLEASE DO NOT ASK. Thank you for your understanding.

FLEXIBLE COVID CANCELLATIONS:
If your booking is affected by Covid border restrictions we are able to offer a credit for a future booking. We can also offer a refund in some circumstances but this will incur a $250 administration fee.
