This home will feel like your own private retreat, with a floor plan that opens up to create a welcoming ambience of warmth. As you entertain underneath the covered outdoor area you will also enjoy evenings by the fire pit as the sun starts to set behind you.

Enjoy the location as you easily walk to the cafes, restaurants and shops of Suffolk Park and only a short drive to Byron Bay’s many excellent restaurants and shops. The walking track directly to the beach will be a special treat in making the most of your beach escape.

An open plan design that has been tastefully decorated spreading over two levels. The lower level has an impressive master bedroom with ensuite that offers large sliding doors to allow the sea breeze to flow on in. Spacious open living and twin room with main bathroom and separate toilet. The upper level offers a spacious bedroom with bathroom for a private oasis and total relaxation.

The central, fully-equipped kitchen, is a chef’s delight with a large gas cooker, oven and breakfast bar. The kitchen provides plenty of space for you to enjoy the company of friends and family.

The separate, fully self-contained studio offers an outdoor shower, living area and upstairs bedroom.

LOCATION
Suffolk Park is one of Byron Bay’s best-kept secrets for beach holiday destinations. Just ten minutes from Byron’s CBD and an hour from Gold Coast Airport, you can relax on the uncrowded sands of Tallow Beach before midday from most Australian cities. As well as having incredible access to some of Byron Bay’s most beautiful beaches, a nearby coastal bike trail offers a picturesque adventure into Byron’s town centre. Choose from multiple bush tracks opening onto Tallow Beach, a dog-friendly zone.

SUITABLE FOR
Family holidays, wedding guest accommodation, two families or groups of up to eight guests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Schoolies, bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property. Strict No Party policy. No pets. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies. This property is not suitable for persons under 25 years of age without prior approval. Schoolies will not be accepted, please do not ask. Thank you for your understanding.

FLEXIBLE COVID CANCELLATIONS:
If your booking is affected by Covid border restrictions we are able to offer a credit for a future booking. We can also offer a refund in some circumstances but this will incur a $250 administration fee.
