You will be greeted by Palm trees as you enter the driveway and arrive at this gorgeous contemporary home. Situated on 2 acres of complete privacy, North facing outdoor entertaining area overlooking the large resort style pool and the Broken Head forest also visible through the floor to ceiling windows.
Morning coffee and family meals are a breeze on the covered alfresco sitting area and the outdoor dining table. Follow the steps past a sun-splashed terrace and shaded loungers to the private infinity pool overlooking the forest, with large grassy areas for the kids to burn off all that energy. They may need to share the space with the local Wallaby’s that often visit.
The property features three large bedrooms with three full bathrooms. Blond-wood details feature throughout and and a waterfall countertop adds even more natural texture in the skylight-brightened, fully equipped kitchen. A separate family room has a sectional perfect for stretching out and watching Television.
The property has recently been equipped with a full gymnasium, a spa and a projector added to the media room.
