Driftwood Two is a brand-new luxury residence by the beach. Soak up the tropical tranquility of this architectural oasis located opposite Clarkes beach and just a short walk from Byron Bay’s vibrant town centre.
The residence is self-contained with four bedrooms spread over two levels. It also boasts a rooftop garden and pool with outdoor kitchen and expansive hinterland and sunset views. Driftwood Two delivers a laid-back luxe atmosphere with an abundance of natural light and open plan spaces that are designed to capture the afternoon sea breezes and majestic Byron sunsets. With ample space for extended family and friends, Driftwood is the perfect setting for beachside living and entertaining. The residence features Australian materials and finishes throughout and it’s polished concrete floors, steel framed windows, timber lined ceilings and sheer linen drapes create an atmosphere of understated beachside luxury.
Entering from the north facing front courtyard, a bright and airy open-plan living and kitchen greets you. After a morning swim at Clarkes Beach or a surf at ‘The Pass’, you can rinse off the sand at the outdoor shower and store your board on the outdoor surfboard rack.
Oversized bi-fold steel framed doors beautifully frame the native treetops and open to extend the living room outdoors to a stylish deck. You can enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen breakfast bar, the timber dining table or at the outdoor table by the pool. Family and friends can gather for a BBQ lunch outside or simply lounge by the pool enjoying the shade of the tropical frangipani trees.
The sleek kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, fitted with timber joinery, high end appliances and an island bench breakfast bar. Upstairs, a contemporary beach house aesthetic weaves through the three large en-suite bedrooms and airy hallway. You will find the master bedroom with a King size bed, private north facing balcony overlooking Lawson Street, an oversized en-suite bathroom with freestanding stone bath and built in robes. The second King size bedroom features a King size bed, en-suite bathroom, a private large balcony and built in robes. The King size bed can be split to two King singles on request. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with private en-suite and built in robes. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen-sized bed and access to a private light-filled tropical courtyard. The bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom.
Up a further flight of stairs, you arrive at the expansive rooftop garden where you can take a dip in your stunning private rooftop pool and then relax with a book on a sun lounge surrounded by frangipani, bougainvillea and timber decking. You can then gather family and friends to enjoy a BBQ lunch in the shaded outdoor entertaining area. The rooftop garden is perfectly designed to maximise the beautiful year-round Byron Bay climate and is large enough to accomodate the entire family throughout the day. The large covered entertaining space has an outdoor covered kitchen, large outdoor timber table and views over Lawson Street.

Start your morning with a quick dip at the magnificent Clarkes Beach, a two-minute walk from your residence or take the ten-minute walk up the path to the famous surf break at ‘The Pass’.In the evening, you can stroll back to town for an evening of live music and fine dining.

Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies.This property is not suitable for persons under 25 years of age without prior approval. SCHOOLIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, PLEASE DO NOT ASK. FLEXIBLE COVID CANCELLATIONS:
If your booking is affected by Covid Border restrictions we are able to offer a credit for a future booking. We can also offer a refund in some circumstances but this will incur a $250 administration fee.
