Driftwood boasts a premium location, opposite Clarkes Beach and within a short walk of Byron’s town centre. Take a morning quick dip at magnificent Clarkes Beach, a 2-minute walk from your residence or walk 10-minutes up the path to the famous surf break, The Pass. Iconic Top Shop cafe is a 5-minute walk behind the property. Wander around to Wategos beach or head into town for a massage or yoga class. Afternoons at Main Beach are perfect for soaking up the sun on the grass before walking the trail outside your front door to the Cape Byron Lighthouse for sunset at Australia’s most easterly point. Stroll back to town for an evening of live music and fine dining. Day trips to the Byron hinterland are only a short drive away where you can stop by Bangalow, Newrybar and Federal for great coffee, fresh produce and lively weekly markets.

Fabulous Group Getaway Venue

We were totally thrilled with the location and accommodation at Driftwood 3. A group of 9 friends stayed at the property and we found we had plenty of room and amenities were fantastic. The decor was gorgeous and modern and the pool and outdoor area was a definite bonus. We only had to cross the road to be on the beach and we had a couple of cafes super close, as was the pathway to the Lighthouse and Wategoes. The walk into the town centre was less than a 10 minute easy stroll. Perfect.
