The grand two-level Hamptons-inspired beach house takes centre-stage while the outstanding outdoor offerings will quickly fill you with excitement and anticipation about fun-filled days ahead. Walk in from the carport and move into ultra-relax mode in the spacious, light and modern tropical interior. The palette is earthy and a retrained crisp white with touches of natural elements. The floor plan is certainly expansive on the lower level and families will appreciate the ease of living. Whether you are relaxing in the evenings in the lounge room or enjoying a meal in the dining area, there is room for all guests. The modern, white kitchen sits off the lounge and dining and with its wide bench and seating this is indeed a family-friendly space. Two queen bedrooms, a bathroom and powder room are also located on this level.
The serene palette continues upstairs, where the architecture and views are impressive. A large living area with comfortable seating and a kitchenette, offers a quiet space for a few hours of reading and is also a convenient room for the younger guests to gather. While an impressive deck allows for all-day relaxation with a choice of stylish seating. Cosy sophistication is the tone in the master bedroom which features a king bed and ensuite. You also have direct access to the balcony so you can add a bit of glamour to your evening. Also on this upper level is a fourth bedroom with ensuite.
When you’re ready to venture outside, the ideal outdoor living experience awaits. An undercover deck takes care of those memorable family BBQ’s. And to make the most of sunny days, there is the spa and pool. With so much outdoor space there’s something for every guest from a game of cricket or basketball to a casual hit of tennis.Â

This highly desirable Byron Bay location is certainly ideal for lazy days at the beach, fabulous dining and shopping experiences or serene day trips into the hinterland. With Belongil Beach only 50 metres from your door, there’s every reason to enjoy the sand and surf. The Byron town centre – with its delightful range of boutiques, eateries, bars and homewares stores – is no more than a 5-minute drive. Water activities and coastal bush walks are also an option and of course the surrounding hinterland villages offer a wonderful selection of artisan products and local produce.

If your booking is affected by Covid Border restrictions we are able to offer a credit for a future booking. We can also offer a refund in some circumstances but this will incur a $250 administration fee.
