Fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing, wake up to birds singing, check the surf without getting out of your pj’s or have a soak in the brand new gorgeous stone bath located on the edge of the property overlooking the 180 degree ocean views, adding to the relaxed vibe that is synonymous with Byron Bay. There is also an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after those lazy days by the beach.

Upstairs hosts an entirely open planned indoor-outdoor living space. The fully equipped sleek stone kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances. The home is equipped with multiple indoor & outdoor living & dining spaces so that no matter what the weather is doing you can find somewhere comfortable, whilst enjoying the captivating views in every direction.

Direct beach access is available. There is a choice of two master bedrooms. One upstairs which has a spacious bath tub taking in the river & sunset views. The second master downstairs has a brand new ensuite and two more bedrooms which share a modern bathroom, shower room and restroom.

The newest addition is a seperate dwelling that has a queen bedroom with a modern ensuite.

There is sufficient car parking for up to three cars on the property one undercover and two in the driveway.
